Instant quotes and booked cleans — straight from your website.

A cleaning company website that quotes and books in under a minute, and offers a recurring schedule right at checkout.

  • Instant price quote by bedrooms or square footage
  • Online booking with weekly, fortnightly or monthly options
  • Local pages for every neighborhood you serve
  • A separate path for commercial enquiries

Cleaning company website design lives or dies on one question: how fast can someone see a price? People searching for a house cleaner want a number now, not a callback tomorrow. Locallify builds cleaning business websites with instant quotes, online booking and a recurring-schedule option, so a first clean has a real chance of becoming a regular one.

People want a price now. Does your website give them one?

Cleaning is a high-intent, low-patience search. The leaks are small and they add up fast.

01

Quotes need a phone call

Someone wants a deep clean before guests arrive on Saturday. Your site says “call for a quote.” The company down the road shows a price in thirty seconds and gets the booking.

02

Recurring cleans are never offered

The booking form only knows one-off cleans. Nobody is asked, at the moment they book, whether they’d like the same clean every two weeks.

03

You end up competing on price

When the site doesn’t show that your team is insured, vetted and backed by a guarantee, the only thing left to compare is the hourly rate.

04

Commercial enquiries have no path

An office manager looking for a nightly contract lands on a page about bathrooms and ovens, and leaves to find a “commercial cleaning” site.

What is a missed quote really worth?

A lost first clean is small. A lost recurring client isn’t. The defaults are examples — enter your own numbers to see both parts.

Example numbers — enter your own

Lost from one month of missed quotes

$8,694

Lost from a year of missed quotes

$104,328

First cleans
$1,890
Recurring clients’ next 12 months
$6,804

Estimate only, based on the numbers you enter.

How the estimate works: For one month of lost quotes: first cleans lost = quotes × share that would book × clean value. Recurring value lost = the clients who’d have gone monthly × clean value × 12 months. The total is both added together; the yearly figure repeats that for 12 months of lost quotes.

Found → Trusted → Booked → Measured

How we build a cleaning website that fills the calendar

Four stages on every build. For a cleaning company, each one looks like this.

  1. Step 1

    Found

Show up for “house cleaning near me” in every neighborhood you cover.

For cleaning companies: A useful page for each neighborhood or suburb you serve, plus separate pages for deep, move-out and commercial cleaning.

  2. Step 2

    Trusted

Let people feel safe letting your team into their home.

For cleaning companies: Insured and background-checked badges (only if true), your satisfaction guarantee, team photos and Google reviews.

  3. Step 3

    Booked

A price and a booking in under a minute.

For cleaning companies: An instant quote by bedrooms, bathrooms or square footage, with add-ons and a recurring option, that flows straight into booking.

  4. Step 4

    Measured

Search Console and analytics from launch, so you know which areas and services bring bookings.

For cleaning companies: See which neighborhood pages and quote options convert, and keep improving SEO, GEO and AEO through an optional retainer.

How we build

Our standards

We haven’t built for this industry yet, so here’s what every Locallify build is held to instead.

Lighthouse 95+ target

Every page is built and tested for speed on a mid-range phone before launch.

Schema on every page

Structured data that tells Google and AI assistants exactly what you do and where.

You own the code

The code, content and domain are yours after the final milestone. No lock-in.

Fixed milestone pricing

Scope and price agreed in writing up front, billed per milestone.

1–2 week landing builds

Focused landing pages can go live in one to two weeks; full sites take longer.

Our shipped work so far is mostly clinics and hospitality — here’s how we build.

Frequently asked questions

Can the quote calculator use my own pricing?

Yes. It’s configured to your rates, room counts, square footage and add-ons, so the price a customer sees is the price you charge.

Can it work with Jobber, ZenMaid or Launch27?

Where those tools offer an embeddable booking widget, we put it on the site. We don’t build custom integrations; otherwise, bookings arrive as a request by email.

Can customers pay online?

Yes, if your booking platform takes payments — we embed it on the site. We don’t build billing or subscription systems ourselves.

Should a cleaning company show prices online?

For residential work, usually yes: people searching for a cleaner want a number fast. Commercial work is better handled with a walkthrough request, which we build as a separate path.

Do you run ads or manage our Google reviews?

No. We build the website and handle its SEO, GEO and AEO. We show your Google reviews on the site, but collecting them stays with you.

How long does a cleaning website take?

Starter sites take 2–3 weeks and Growth builds 4–6 weeks. Commercial builds are scoped on the discovery call.

Do we own the website?

Yes. You own 100% of the code and content after the final milestone. A retainer is optional.
